author;s note: at this juncture, i am almost blind in one eye, so it's with much difficulty that I type and set down these words for publication. it is a most unfortunate circumstance which recently had befallen me, but accidents do happen, at the least-expected moments. In fact, there has been a series of tragedies and hardships which prevented my swift progress and reaching my ideal goals (more details about these tragic events, t.b.provided later).At this moment of history, I had already done the COSMONOMIC time-waves calculations for historical prediction. Therefore, I already had been preparing to live through this very time-period with heightened awareness and to take advantage of the significant opportunity. The mere premeditated intelligence that history is in-the-making can and should be harnessed for maximum affect.
I will not let the grievous injury in any way hinder nor halt the immediate completion of this work and the auspicious timing, for it is to my advantage to push forward as planned and to the advantage of the future generations who all stand-to-benefit from this arduous effort. The new world must be ushered forth, during this phase of the celestial motions of the universe, as it is part of the Divine Plan, I sincerely believe.

This prevailing superpower government and its agencies will also be utilized to record and to timestamp the auspicious timing of the collation of the various writings and files which are herein contained.
